Terrible stay
Firstly the room and communication from the room owner was very good, BUT overall the experience was terrible, this is all due to Security and customer services. Security is just way over the top, most of them rude or arrogant. This goes most of the satff, not all but most.
So really it just ruins the whole experience

The area is ok close to Century Mall. The communication was poor. I tried to communicate with them a week before my stay and didn’t get much answers. The checking in process was tedious and overbearing. There were cockroaches everywhere. When I transferred to a studio room after my roommate left the ac was leaking and spit out ice hence the terrible flooring by the sliding doors. Spa was great and so was the pool and the other staff but the way it is managed is a bit much. Save yourselves the pain of this and go to a hotel.

The property don't look like the one advertised in the picture. Very run down and it really need a good change of furnitures. The cupboards & wardrobes are so hard to open, and the other one is broken. The bathrooms tile is coming off. There is cockroach in the kitchen. The futon is very old and so as the blankets. Don't be fooled from the outside view it's not that fancy.

Property is old, furnitures are old. Card access is very inconvenient. I got 2 br 4 days stay. Theres couple of my relatives that stayed with me and I had to assist them every time they need to get something downstairs due to the card access limit that i cant even go out and leave my family in the room for 4 days. Plus they dont have room service nor extra towels provided. I had only 4 towels for my whole 4 days stay. Ive never been able to contact my host the whole time. No assistance at all. I checked in at the other building across the street and it was way way better and cheaper.

This property had excessive rules that were not communicated before the reservation was made. The staff at check in was rude and the unit was sub par. The utilities in the bathroom were not working properly. I will never stay there again.

Neutral experience. however, the room is ok. It’s just that the bathroom / Toilet located at the loft. So inconvenient. Stairs too was scary we are on our 50’s we can’t handle going up and down. We stayed overnight only didn’t finished our 4nights stay and transfer to a better safe hotel.

They emailed me that the room above was flooding and I could no longer stay there. Ok, no problem it happens, I can find another place. But then they never refunded me. They made me pay for a room they would not let me stay in. Hotels.com tried to get a hold of them but they would not answer, I tried to get a hold of them but they would not answer. They stole from me.

The agent GOTOPHI and staff, Dennisse, Janet and Jenny were very arrogant admitting their mistakes, not sincerely apologetic at all. We had too many complaints about the unit, bugs, smart tv & room phone not working, the linens smelled pretty bad and lastly, my green access card the day before my check out date. I was coming down from a massage appointment on 37th floor at almost 1 AM, got on the elevator, couldn’t get off on my floor because my access card expired! The concierge and security that night (Nov 28, 1aM) were courteous and apologetic. Dennise, Jenny and Janet especially Dennisse were blaming the mistakes on the Gramercy PMO, but Gramercy PMO it was Dennise fault. They were pointing fingers. My access card expired 11/27/2023 when my check out date is 11/28/2023, 2pm! So disappointed with those girls attitude. And they are still arrogant about it! I suggest - DO NOT use GOTOPHI when making reservations for Gramercy property.
The Gramercy concierge and security were very accommodating to us!

家族５人で2年ぶりに滞在したけど、色々と悪くなってました。
タオルは2人分だけ、タオルケットもないから家族の2人はソファで雑魚寝です。
色々と壊れていて残念です。
次回もし泊まったらもっと汚くなっているはずです。

This was the second time I've stayed at the Gramercy very friendly staff from and very secure and close to the Century Mall and many other shopping venues and also the night life my girlfriend loves the filling station restaurant the most will be back there again.

We stayed in this apartment as a hub only;
Pros: (1) The Gramercy building is quiet and safe. (2) The security guards are alert, helpful, protective and polite (3) dining, coffee shops, mall, banks , etc are close by: safe to walk (4) great location
Cons: (1) standard one key / one access card and all other unnecessary rules (2) no extra towel, zero wash clothes, zero paper towel, zero kitchen towel, water down shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap, not enough supply of toilet paper (3) cheap mattress: 1 mattress even sinking (4) apartment not well maintained.
