Had the best stay here. Comfortable large room, perfect location from the train station and into the town. Loved that they had their own bar right next door, and super friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Overall a fantastic stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room was a great set up with 3 beds sleeping 4 comfortably. Bathroom was a bit small but very clean. Location is fantastic with just a few minute walk to all of the sights we would definitely recommend this especially for the price!

Incredibly convenient location next to the main train station. Easy to get to food and shops and main sights. I was only here for a short time but this hotel more than met my needs and was a fantastic location.

Great location from station and island centre. However the room I had (room 403) I could hear the people above and as it was by the staircase people coming up and down the stairs. Inside was clean and tidy, but it felt a noisy room. Would also bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
Staff friendly and helpful. On the whole a good hotel.

Smallish room for the price , otherwise clean. No tea/coffee maker in the room . Location is decent, though it’s not in the fancy quarters but not far from it . It’s near the station

Une amélioration pourrait toutefois être apportée sur la sélection des thés, en proposant des marques un peu plus raffinées que Lipton.
Dans l’ensemble, le séjour a été très agréable et satisfaisant.

Vi hade en jättetrevlig vistelse med 3 nätter på Hôtel Grillon. Rummet var rent och snyggt, sängen skön och badrummet helt ok med sköna handdukar. Läget var perfekt för oss, 5 min till tågstationen, 5 min till hyrbil, 1 min till Gamla stan. Direkt utanför dörren fanns fina joggingrundor längs kanalerna. Vi rekommenderar och åker gärna tillbaks.

Petit bémol pour le parking, qui a été parfaitement géré suite à ma remarque.

No meu quarto foi tudo OK. Mas me impressionou o descaso do hotel com o quarto da minha família. O box do banheiro estourou enquanto meu cunhado e sobrinho tomava banho, causando ferimento, cortes e sangue em todos os presentes! Um verdadeiro perigo pondo em risco a vida deles! Com o ocorrido, a única sugestão do hotel foi de trocá-los de quarto, não havendo qualquer sensibilidade com a ocorrência que causou muitos ferimentos no corpo do meu sobrinho, cunhado e irmã que estava no banheiro. Um momento que deveria ser de lazer e descanso virou susto e perigo a vida.

Trevligt, rent rum i bra skick på femte våningen. Vi var tre men rummet kunde ha tagit fyra. Låga takbjälkar som man fick passa sig för. Hissen gick bara till tredje våningen men i gengäld ligger hotellet riktigt nära stationen. Mycket nöjda.

Utan att ha några förväntningar av vad ett 3* hotel i Strasbourg håller för nivå så blev jag överraskad. Bra läge,bra rum, trevlig personal och rent och fräscht på rum och badrum.
