This is a great location, close to great food and the metro. Rooms are small but clean and have everything you need. It is over the metro station and I didn’t see it in any reviews but we were on the first floor and could feel the metro and hear the rumbling through the night. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

While not updated, facilities were clean and quaint, and had character. The location is incredible—a metro stop just outside, small grocery across the street, cafes just next door, and even an adorable public water fountain just a few buildings down. Luggage hold was complimentary. Breakfast was good, though note that allergens were not listed at the buffet of mostly breads, cold meats, cheese, and fruit. I would absolutely stay here again.

The check in was terrible. And check out too. The staff were unpleasant and nearly rude. They should go a course in service attitude. It was a lot of stairs. Noicy from the Metro.

Hotel was nice and clean. Location is good with access to metro nearby. The metro passes underground, so you could hear it, feel it passing by, but I was okay with that. The only major issue at least for me and my wife was that there was no shower curtain, so that made it real difficult to shower because I was trying not to get the floor all wet. That was real awkward. Overall 3 out of 5.

Noisy rooms, elevator dating from 60s, receptionists in the evening not helpful. A part of the hotel doesn't have elevator so one should be careful while booking. Range of breakfast menu is very limited given the price we pay for it. Wash basin got chocked and we shifted to another room and that room's wash basin also got chocked.

The staff are really friendly and helpful.
Excellent location with easy access to train/metro.
Many restaurants nearby with reasonable price and delicious food.
The hotel facilities/conditions are expected to be improved.
The wine glasses are very dirty which was quite shocking. The bathroom is very dated. Duvet cover feels very tough. Not very comfy. Not very noise-proof as you can hear people from upstairs flushing the toilet.
Don't bother the breakfast. Luckily we usually get up late so didn't bother booking the breakfast. It doesn't worth 12euro for mainly cereals.

Things that may be good for feedback - Scaffolding didn't help being outside my room, hard to relax with banging outside the window and I wasnt able to store bags without alternatives being offered. Outside I had to make it past people living on the streets. But the staff were all friendly and hotel was clean.
