Underwhelming. Expected better based on ratings. Layout of room was good and beds comfortable; however, the amount of hair in shower and drab decor made it feel like an old nasty hotel. Super cheap alternative to staying in Gville on a game weekend but don’tbe surprised by what you get.

Meh Service and Accomodations
Hair in the bathtub and a tooth brush left in shower upon arrival. There was 2 hair pins on the floor next to the bed so the room was obviously not vacuumed prior to my arrival. I was told I could pay cash for my stay on my booking site. But where I attempted to do so, I was told that I could not put a room deposit on my credit card. I was informed that the deposit would have to be in cash because I was paying cash. There was no mention of this on the hotels.com site which is ridiculous. I called Best Western customer service was told that each independent operator can create their own check in rules and that they could do nothing about it. Last time I stay at a Best Western.

I was terribly disappointed, PIF before arrival for 9/6-9/8 for a wedding on 9/7 at 4pm. Due to rental car issues i didn't arrive until 10:30am on 9/7 to be told my room was canceled because i didn't check in at 4 on the 6th although i was paid in full until Sunday. Reluctantly asked to book another room and was told sure but you can't check in until 4pm and that's what time the wedding started i had to get hair and make up done by 2pm. I want offered any help at all....And no they weren't booked or full their was 4 cars in the parking lot...I was really hurt by this.. Had to drive another 14 miles out of way.. but thankfully i was able to find a room there with no problem at all.
