Hidden Gem by the ocean.
I love this hotel so much I keep coming back. Located in a quiet area near the ocean, this newly rebuilt hotel is clean with a classy modern sophisticated look. The rooms are spacious, some come with swinging doors leading to a balcony. The restaurant serves a tasty breakfast and filling dinner in the evening with excellent professional service. The neighborhood is quiet at night and for the most part, safe. Only a 15 minute walk to the train/bus station and about a 10 minute walk to the center of town.

Lovely clean hotel. The best feature was the roof top bar area for breakfast, view and drinks. The shower could use improvement as the doors were flimsy and the base was shallow and flooded easily.

bad customer service
hotel itself is not bad at all , nice breakfast terrace and spa we had an issue with house keeping. on the first night we put do not disturb sign because room was not bad and we did not want to make people do extra work but on the last night we needed clean up and new towels and toilet paper , so we made sure that we took do no disturb sign off . when we came back , someone got in our room , took spa robe out of the room and put do not disturb sign on the door . they did not clean the room . when i addressed it with customer service they started argue with us saying that the tag was on the door .it was not . But if it was like they claimed then who gave them ok to still enter the room and take the robe and check the fridge ( when we were checking out they charged us for the cookies from the fridge that my son had ) So, they knew already that cookies were gone. with all that being said : not only they did not clean our room because they said tag was on , but they entered the room with tag on ( according to them ) . Breakfast was ok very dirty around hotel

Great location made it easy to walk to most local attractions and good eating. Having the Palazzo Butera right across the street was a treat! You can get great views from there or enjoy a beautiful scene from the hotel’s own 4th floor restaurant/bar. Was unable to enjoy the spa services because they were fully booked. You may want to reserve a spot in advance.
