Nice to stay
Overall the room is very huge and comfortable and it was amazing we loved it but we heard people noise while they get out from the vault night club Also the some of the staff helped us when we got a bali belly and call a doctor as soon as possible they was very helpful But we don’t like some staff behavior when we called several times to take tests samples for the doctor and they didn’t show up we delivered it and the nurse was waiting Also I had a suggestion for the hotel to improve their din in restaurant because it’s limited ( Mexican food ) and we don’t eat pork

We enjoyed our stay here. The employees were super friendly. We received a complimentary upgrade which was great. The room was comfortable and spacious with a huge balcony. I had a very pleasant stay at the Komu. As a tourist I would say the hotel is located conveniently in one of the two main areas in Canggu. It is close to quite a few restaurants & bars and the beach & beach clubs are only a 15 min ride away. What really set the hotel apart was the service level & friendliness of the staff. They always had a smile on their face all times of the day and were always on hand to help or assist. The hotel app that you download upon arrival at the hotel is also super helpful in communicating with staff. On my last day at the hotel, I fell ill…the dreaded “bali belly” and the staff were helpful in getting me medical assistance and allowing me to check out late at no extra cost.

Beautiful hotel and staff, area is noisy though. First night we had the thumping music from the adjacent nightclub, second night we moved rooms but had constant banging noises from somewhere upstairs, followed by building works next door which started at 7:30am Sunday morning! The other minor issue was that hotel seems to be devoid of irons and ironing boards! Location was great, plenty of top eating spots nearby.
