This property is close to the train station and very walkable to the shrine and downtown restaurants and shops. It is an old world style of hotel with stairs and no elevator. The room was clean and well lit. An excellent value for the money.

Majestic. Affordable, accessible to sanctuary

majestic did the job. It was clean, had a lovely breakfast offering, continental but good choice of items. Walk to the sanctuary area of Lourdes was doable. There was a lift to use to access the room. A bit of an uphill climb to the train, but by far, much closer than many other hotels we came across in our short visit. Staff were very good at helping us and answering questions.

Isolation entre chambres

Notre expérience au 4eme étage la porte de la chambre en face de l’ascenseur a été mauvaise. Chambre petite et mansardée. Isolation mauvaise entre les chambres qui plus est la porte de l’ascenseur à moins d’un mettre de la porte de la chambre . Le ponpon est la venu d’un locataire bruyant le 2eme soir . On a dormi que quelques heures et au levé du jour nous avons quitté l’hôtel . Notre chambre ne reflétait absolument pas un 3 étoiles! nous étions au 4 eme sous le toit , peut être que les étages inférieurs proposent mieux mais nous n’y retournerons jamais pour voir .

Ficamos em um apartamento no 4º andar. No dia que chegamos o elevador quebrou. Tivemos que descer os 4 andares com bagagem com bagagem sem nenhuma ajuda, apesar de sermos idosos, e com ameaça de nos cobrarem um adicional porque demoramos a liberar o quarto no check-out.

À fuir !

Alors je vais faire cela par étape d'arrivée . Il est stipulé : "Parking disponible à proximité", or il faudrait préciser : "Parking public à proximité", et surtout indiquer la distance, car il y a de quoi user la semelle de ses chaussures.L'hôtel, de l'extérieur, est bof,pour comparaison, c'est comme si vous aviez peint une Panda (désolé pour les fans de Panda) avec un rouge Ferrari.L'accueil par la réception a été aussi froid que l'entrée elle-même. Certes, dans son jus, mais sombre, sans âme, et des choses qui traînent un peu partout.L'accès aux étages peut se faire avec un petit ascenseur (il tient le coup, même si j'aurais plus confiance dans celui d’Astérix et Obélix : Mission Cléopâtre) ou par un escalier qui, quant à lui, défie les lois de l’apesanteur ! Certes, c’est un escalier en bois d’un certain âge, mais il est dangereux à mon goût, car il donne la sensation de s’enfoncer vers le vide.La chambre,alors je veux bien que l'hôtel soit vieux, mais ça n'excuse pas le reste !Déjà, l’hygiène : les murs comme les sols sont sales, des coussins posés à même le sol dans l’armoire, ce qui ne donne même pas envie Ensuite, une salle de bain qui, je pense, a dû connaître Napoléon lui-même.Une fenêtre moisie, une baignoire qui perd ses carreaux et une porte qui, je le pense, a été récupérée sur le Titanic, vu son état.Il est également précisé "Chambre insonorisée",c'est faux!Petit déjeuner basique et cher.En bref Hôtel à éviter. Je ne vous dis pas à bientôt.
