Don’t be fooled by pictures they must have been taken when hotel was build in 2009, nothing has been done since!
Understand that when it was build it was a 4* hotel. However now it shines of bad management and is MAX 3*
Reception staff friendly, but lacking facilities+training and were simply not empowered to make decisions+doo there job effectively.
Checked in first evening, had booked double room for 2adults+9yr old child, this normally means that there is a double bed+some kind of extra bed. However reception staff said that they had only received booking from hotels.com for a double room and so the room we were given was tiny and had just a queen bed that you could hardly walk around and there was certainly no space for an extra bed...!!
Anyway hotel fully booked and it was late so we slept the night all 3 in queen bed. Next day we talked to new reception staff, they told us that our booking was for 2adults+1 child, but no age, so they assumed that it was a small child! (This was later confirmed with hotels.com was not true, booking had a 9yr old child!) 2nd night also fully booked, 3rd night we PAID for a room with an extra bed!
Other things: Big water slide broken and closed! 4*hotel with NO iron+iron board to borrow? Not possible to sit outside to eat, doors looked to terrace and old tables scattered around in a mess. Breakfast ok, but the nuts were still in shells and u had to crack them yourself!! Did so and found them bad, obviously as no one else ever did!
