The room was a cockroach hotel. The bed was very hard. Then another point about the bed that one corner sticks out further than the other. I was walking back from the bathroom and hit the corner of the bed and broke my little toe. The elevators had a mind of their own. I saw the elevators go past me several times.

Price is cheaper than most hotels but don’t expect hotel like conditions. Linens pillows are really old and looks dirty. I saw cockroaches everywhere including the breakfast area.

Location is great but the room needs more fixing. Drawers with broken handles… I’ve seen cockroaches inside the room. Hate to say this but it’s good to have free breakfast but my wife was disgusted seeing a small cockroach in the salad section inside the cucumber bowl.

Best bang for buck!
Literally opposite SM mall with super dining options on level 2 and 3 ( ditch the food court)
Not as crowded as Makati but close.
If there is a lot of traffic, the train is literally a 10 min walk or less

Liked the room, pleasant, BUT Tower A, VERY Inconvenient. Will not stay there next time, if placed at Tower A. The staff (men), were very helpful/accommodating. Liked that the hotel has a weighing scale for the luggage.

I was not satisfied for the reason that the place is too old, they even provided me a an old iron with wires that are visible and unsafe! Their microwave even blew up and charge me for it, but the appliances that they all have are obviously poor and old!!! Will never check in to this place again. Check out shouldnt take so long since some guest are on rush due to their flights, but this hotel make it everything so hard for the guest during check it, all items even like toothbrush are charged whereas it should be automatically provided every staycation knowing that they are so called hotel!!!! Experience is very ridiculous!!! I am not happy

Price is right but....
Their policy should be updated. It says voucher is needed and yet there's no instruction where to get it. Voucher was not needed afterall when i checked in.
There was a leakage from the ceiling on a stormy night.
The room was clean but the little roaches made it in on our last day.

Staffs are very accommodating and there are a number of establishments like laundry, hair and nail salon, spa, coffee shop within the building which is very convenient and not to mention its just across a mall. Just needs updating in the room.

Everything are awesome . I think just the heater is not that hot for a long enough. It's like 2 mins hot then become cold.
