dirty sheets, highlight is ambience of restaurant
Out dated, bed was dirty, cup stains, restaurant charges automatic gratuity but they forgot my drink (the only thing I was there for.) Restaurant is very cute however. Staff at front desk during the day was welcoming so that was a plus. However I was told $10 to upgrade my room. My room should have been $156 and they charged $180 something. So it was more also in person than anticipated. This location is in very close proximity of lots of things to do in LA. Hotel was safe. Parking was included.

It was a so-so room in what looks like a nice property. The one huge problem we had was parking. Valet parking was advertised but not available. When we arrived there was no parking space available in the underground garage due to an event. After assertive complaining, the management found us a parking space in the garage. The room itself had a very uncomfortable bed.

Ok
Basic room. Clean. Simple. No frills, and the location was convenient for my stay. My biggest issue was was i called and asked for a late checkout. I was told no problem at all . It was $25 flat fee and I could stay till 3pm. Great! The next morning, staff were knocking on my door at 10am. They had no knowledge of notice of my request for a late checkout. And it would be $25 for each additional hour. I had the name of the receptionist i spoke with the day before who confirmed it & let them know. They said they would try to call them, but they didn't believe me. After a bit of back and forth talk, They finally agreed they'd let me stay the time I was told but it would be $25 plus tax. Not $25 flat fee. I reluctantly agreed. And they told me I had to pay immediately , over the phone right now. They were just very rude about the whole situation. Had it not been for this, situation, i would have been totally happy with my stay.

This place is racist. I was accused of not giving my correct id when i gave my gov issued. I was treated as if i was there to steal. The lady at the front desk acted like my id and credit card didnt match. I confronted them about the strange transaction and although the ladys boss was telling her shes wrong she continued. Id never spend my money there again nor would i advise any black customers to stay because of how the front desk handles the customers. Security was nice tho, the night guy.
