Staff were great. Had an Hydro facial and massage and they were able to accommodate my late reservations. Unit was clean but seems was in the basement wasn’t sure? Had to walk down but once inside didn’t seem so much basement.

Amazing property by the beach. We stayed lil far from the main villa. Even that area had its own pool and restaurant. Apartment was clean and spacious. Definitely recommend stay here

The property was beautiful. The pools, beach and restaurants were great. Our room was ok, the kitchen was not equipped for cooking and it was not the cleanest. Housekeeping did not come once and we stayed for 5 nights.

Great location to visit Brewster area. Close to beaches, bike trail & dining. We’ve stayed here many times at different units depending on our party size & always love the complex.
I know what to expect & just love the area.
This time we only stayed one night, one bedroom, queen bed good price.

Rented condo , very spacious, clean, upscale for the price . Spring prices very good . Resort fee is a negative, especially for that time of year you’re away from the main areas where the mansion is ( pool , etc) and it’s likely to keep me from staying there again.

The villages were top notch! There's nothing like arriving to your room and the service has made sure it will be warm upon your arrival. It is so roomy, impeccably clean, and so affordable for a winter holiday. Will definitely be returning.

The Sheppard’s pie was very good also the Old Fashion was perfect. In November there are not many amenities to enjoy, but it still was a nice getaway.
