A hidden gem
Right on the lakefront, with spacious balcony and lovely room. In room hot tub is bliss and the outdoor thermal pool is perfect for a winter getaway. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

We loved the location, just perfect, but the cleanliness of the place was very poor. Stained linen, dirty floors and dirty toilet. I would stay again, but only if the apartment was cleaned properly.

Excellent property, however it was a bit noisy at night with the very high winds whistling through the outside levels. Unit was well appointed, clean and the spa bath was bliss!! Mixup with deposit made to book so was not very happy that it had not been processed before we got to the hotel. The Manager was very helpful in sorting this. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous room, amazing view and very friendly service. Bath-plug was broken but hastily replaced when asked. Misunderstanding how far from the town centre was the only issue.

The Hotel had an amazing view of the lake, which is why we picked it. The Hotel manager was attentive to our needs (no hot water, and sewage smells in the room) and quickly addressed them.
The room is looking as if it needs a bit of updating painting done. The linen on the bed had stains both on the duvet and the white bedspread, not very attractive. Also the smell of the carpet fragrance (possibly to counteract the sewage smell) was overpowering for anyone with sensitivities to smell.

Dissappointed the bedroom spa was not thermal mineral water when you had the water right there. Chlorinated town water was disgusting to bath in not what we thought we were signing up for!

Location is great - right on the lake.
Room is a bit tired, but great for a family - has extra kids bedroom.
Bathroom was fine with excellent shower, let down by tiny washbasin with nowhere to put your toiletries.
Furniture in room was ok, but the bed was uncomfortable - 2 soft single beds pushed together.
Chairs outside were low down and really uncomfortable.
I guess the hotel is aiming at the Asian market - all the furniture and the bed were aimed at smaller people.

Overall it was good. A couple of things detracted slightly. One was spots of sauce on the wall beside the dining table when we arrived. Another is lack of bench or cupboard storage space in the bathroom. Also very little towel hanging. We are asked to assist in reducing impact of washing towels by re-using them but nowhere to hang them to dry and no heated towel rails.

Room with a view
Spacious, comfortable unit, though sofa and carpet looked a bit tired. Nice to have a comfy seat for watching tv or looking at the view. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good sized thermal pool for soaking (not swimming). Lakefront location is terrific and patio area is a nice place to sit and look across lake. Cafe close by for coffees too.
