I liked the convenience of being close to the interstate. We were traveling a long distance and this was a one night stop.
Rooms close to the door are difficult due to people coming in at all hours of the night and the door slamming shut.

About what expect for the cost. Building a bit dated but management does good job at keeping up. Breakfast consisted of some muffins and donuts and bananas.

Rodeway Inn is A-OK
I enjoyed my stay at Rodeway Inn. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.
The heat and the A/C worked well.
The property looks dated, but it is still an ok place.

Gets the Job done and suits needs
Got the job done as expected. Room was exactly as pictured and suited my needs for 4 night stay. Nothing glamorous but Desiree at the desk was helpful and had no issues during the stay. Would stay again for the price and ease of access.

Nice stay for parents weekend
Hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Staff was very friendly. Cookies, a welcome goodie bag and cold drinks were offered upon arrival. Pastries and coffee were readily available in the morning. Close proximity to UIUC. Nice stay for our family for parents weekend!

We were pleasantly surprised by the clean, comfortable, and quiet night we enjoyed at the Rodeway Inn. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and quiet. Will definitely return on our next trip to University of Illinois! Should also mention that this location is super close to the campus, and all the activities that you would need to enjoy while being at the University of Illinois in Champaign!

We had such a great stay. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. We stayed for mom’s weekend at U of I and the staff went above their normal to make all of the moms feel very welcome. A few extra treats and cold drinks to keep hydrated and always asking how they can help! We will be back next year.

Don't believe your 1 star eyes - it's way better!
This is the perfect No Frills hotel you're looking for. Very reasonable pricing, relatively recent renovations - no funky smelling hallways!! Staff was exceptional and helpful at every opportunity. Don't pay any attention to "1 star" accommodations. The management made good business decisions when they invested in upgrades to this facility.

Smelled like cigarette smoke though property is smoke free. Carpets needs to be replaced. Friendly staff, no noise even though property is close to the highway, very basic breakfast

Would not stay here again. Heard doors slamming all night. Pillows are tiny. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Room smelled. What money I saved staying at this dump will be spent at the chiropractor. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE
The customer service was fine the room was terrible. The room smelled like cigarettes and weed smoke. There was a cigarette burn hole in one of the blankets and someone had knocked a hole in the tub the hotel just patched it with some form of brown bondo. The breakfasts was three types of bread and three types of cereal. I do not understand how this hotel has a 7.4 rating.

Your car is probably a better choice
The most uncomfortable bed ever. The building was smelly even though you had to leave a deposit they we wouldn’t smoke but it smelled like mararjuana. It was dirty and the ice machine right outside our room was extremely noisy.

It needs to be updated with new furniture and carpets and even room doors
