Nice hotel but major issues!!!
Hotel was nice but the indoor pool is now a bar...bad for our family and they never told us it was gone intil we arrived! Construction on 4th & 5th floors we we're not told aboutvery loud not fun! Also. Construction crew set off afalse fire alarm on 2 days back to back! Needless to say our family vacation was the worst we've ever had in 20 yrs!!!!

One night is enough
Lobby area was very nice and clean. The hallways in the second floor were in very very poor condition. The flooring in room 211 was also in poor condition. Try to use our account to stream Netflix and the Internet just kept spinning. Overall, the rules not very clean. There was a lot of sand on the floor, which then carried onto the bed. And no, we were not on the beach. Also, we were not informed about their $25 a day parking fee. When we questioned it, they said well you need to read the fine print. Since we both booked through hotel.com we didn’t really think about reading the fine print. That is on us. But I think it should be advertised a bit better. We ended up parking offsite for the night because we didn’t wanna pay for parking. It seems like a ridiculous fee given we were already paying to stand at the hotel.

Nice but could use some touch ups
It was a nice stay for one night to bring in the new year and watch the fireworks on the pier from our balcony. The only thing I noticed is that the baseboards could be sanded down and repainted to look a little cleaner/nicer. Looks like they’ve been banged up by people’s luggage and what not over time

The luggage carts are falling apart, wheels losing their rubber as you wheel them. The bath towels are very cheap while they charge $25/day to park your car. On a positive note, the lazy river pool is great for the children. My guess is that this property is not a corporate owned Marriott. Breakfast was very weak considering many night are over $200/night.

Great beachfront hote.
Great hotel right on the beautiful Navarre Beach. We had a beautiful balcony with breathtaking view of the Gulf. It was great that there was no carpet in the room for sand to to imbed in. Great design for the bath to be between the beds to create separate bed areas.

The view from he hotel was gorgeous. My only complaint is they charge $25 per night to park, which I was not told upfront. Other than that beautiful hotel, great staff. I enjoyed my stay and would return

Nice hotel but need better staff,
During off season they do not check pool for outside guests to enter. Late night at the pool had wet towels all over and the basket was full of wet towels. Staff seems uninterested in helping guests. Hotel is in great location with beautiful views.

This was one of several staycations for my husband and I, this time his Birthday 10/31🎃. Everything was absolutely amazing as Always! Perfect weather for the Blue Angels in our city and better for our trip and traveling the opposite direction where traffic was beautiful!! Hot complimentary breakfast, restaurant, ice cream shop, room balcony beach view, seconds from the beach all on the property !! Again we have stayed at SpringHill suites and this particular one many times. There is a $25 day parking fee which is not mentioned in the booking. We a Bonvoy members but checking in the lady made sure to mention to have it credited. I did this upon check out but overheard someone else check in and this was never mentioned. Checking out was no problem crediting the $100 back to my card but definitely didn’t expect it. Evidently this location is under new ownership and added the fee per the front desk. I get it but the parking lot this weekend….you know the rest!! Check your receipt!! Definitely a Beautiful place to visit!!!

Pretty but uncomfortable
Remodeled so it looks shiny and great location BUT very uncomfortable beds and old lousy pillows made the sleep difficult. Nice location. Suggest they invest in better beds and foam pillows.
