The room dysfunctional. The bath tub spout was turned to the left. When you ran water in the sink hair came up from the drain as the water ran. Additionally, I killed to bugs while in the room. The bright spot was the bed was very comfortable.

You get what you pay for!
Rooms were bare minimum. Not filthy, but not nice either. I did have to kill one roach my first day. Bed was uncomfortable, with hair on the linen. Overall you get what you pay for. I have certainly seen worse.

I've officially been here a little over a week and i must say it's been great!! Ms. Kelly and her team has been amazing! They are kind, patient, and very professional. New and my kids love it here! Thank you Ms. Kelly for running a smooth place to call home!!!

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It appeared that the 2nd floor at least had been updated including our room. This isn't luxury accommodations, very basic. If you need a thick pillow to sleep, bring your own.

it was awful, the room was nasty, pretty run down, roaches everywhere too. would not recommend, i actually recommend it gets torn down because no renovation is going to safe this hotel

I like the Grocery store and the fast food places nearby. I hotel it self was nasty and had a stinky smell. Also the room was Outdated and nasty. The beds looke awful.

It was filthy. It was equivalent to a motel 6 as far as sleeping conditions were concerned. The hall smelled like fish and body odor. The bed was on a metal frame that squeaked when you sat on it. The comforter and sheets felt like sandpaper to touch. I felt dirty just being on the room. We did not stay.

My stay started out with dirty sheets and mattress cover had blood stains. We went to the Walmart to buy new sheets for the bed and used our own blankets that we travel with. There was about ten dogs staying there at the time we were there if I could have got my money back I would have stayed somewhere else. Dog hair in elevator and felt like fleas was crawling on you so I brought some flea spray and sprayed the elevator and hallway and my room every day I was there I also bought cleaning supplies to clean the room. Shower head was broken and sink faucet handle didn't work properly carpet was dirty and stinky like dogs.

Just stayed a couple of nights. Room has a kitchen and stove top but nothing to be able to use for cooking or eating or drinking. No coffee maker in room. The floor in our room was very sticky so we were afraid to walk around with our white socks on. No ice maker anywhere on the facility grounds. There is a Starbucks near by or a Dunkin Donuts over the interstate. Some Shops are around. The sports bar in the area has good food and nightly specials. The elevator area smells like ganja 24/7. But the staff was really sweet and we didnt feel like this was a sketchy place.

This place is awful. Bugs and dead nats on the sink. Beds were not made prior to checking in. Didn't have top sheets after they were made. No shower curtain and horrible water pressure. We were told all the non smoking rooms were out of order when online you could book a non smoking room. The front desk said we couldn't have one of those rooms. Just overall dirty and uncomfortable.

Served our need, but lacking
It served our needs. We stayed because we didn’t have power. The bed was very comfortable. It would be a problem for an extended stay because there no utensils, no ice tray in the freezer or ice machine, not even a plastic cup. There was a card saying you could purchase utensils. Long stay inns I have stayed at in the past included pots and pans, dishes, etc. Also, there was a limit on how many devices that could use the Wi-Fi. My wife and I initially logged on with our IPads,then later I tried to log on with my work laptop and it would not allow it, even when I disconnected my IPad.

Do not book this property
Although the staff were nice, this was a horrible hotel. I saw 2 roaches and one was in the bed. The carpet was stained. It looks like blood spatter on the ceiling.
The fire alarm went off 3 times while I was there. I was in a non-smoking room. The rooms around me were non-smoking, yet, the place reaked of cigarettes.
People prop the exit doors open so there is no safety.
The room above me walked all night with multiple people coming and going.
I know people live there, but there should be a limit as to how many people can be in one room.
I have stayed in other WoodSpring hotels in other parts of the country and I have never had this bad of an experience.
