We had the most amazing stay at Lotus Boutique Hotel Hanoi. From the moment we step through the doors of the hotel we felt welcome and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was our first time in Hanoi and the staff was very helpful in regards to answering all of our thousands questions, helping with bookings and providing guidance about where to go and what we should visit during our stay. We had a less present experience at another hotel, and, thus, decided to stop by Lotus Boutique to see if it was possible to book a new room with them for the night. It surely was and they once again welcomed us with open arms. Everyone from the staff were very friendly and humble, but especially Anna, Mia stood out as exceptionally kind and helpful! Thank you! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lotus Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. I saw a great review re this hotel and it didn’t fault. From the moment we walked in the door the staff were completely attentive, nothing was too much trouble, great breakfast - some foods changed daily. Very close to Lake and Water Puppet Show. We could also store our luggage overnight whilst visiting Halong Bay.

The hotel and staff are fantastic. The location is right next to the lake and you have easy access to everything around old town. They also provide plenty of free bottled water and a fantastic breakfast every day. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing.However, I have to give a special thanks to Alex the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure that our trip went smoothly, not just at the hotel but even after we left. Tours in Hanoi, booking transportation to Halong Bay and Nihn Bình, and even having a pocket wifi and SIM card ready for us when we arrived, Alex took care of everything perfectly. He even kept in contact long after we had checked out of Hanoi just to make sure everything was going smoothly. A stay at Lotus Boutique will to ensure that you get the most of of your trip if you take advantage of their services. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again when I'm in Hanoi.

The customer service was excellent in this hotel. Mia was very forthcoming and she even recommended a Ha Long Bay cruise which was reasonably packaged and well organised. We have never stayed in a boutique hotel however we chose this hotel due to its central location and I would gladly say no regrets! Special shoutout to Mia, Anna who were equally helpful and friendly. We will revisit you guys in future!

All staff are very nice and professional. They will try their best to offer help to the customers and provide recommendations for food and tourist spots. For example, when my friend and I need to leave Hanoi in the morning, the staff even prepared a takeaway breakfast for my friend and me. The caring attitude of the staff makes this hotel a very nice place for accommodation.
