Hotel check in was terrible. Staff was trying to charge extra for more people. You would think 4 people can sleep in a room with double beds. The AC units in all 3 rooms were not working and no maintenance team onsite.

I really hate to leave a negative review but the hotel’s power went out, the water went out, there was a huge roach in the room and the food at the hotel gave me food poisoning. Overall I am relieved we only stayed one night. Back when the hotel was new I’m sure it was beautiful, but it hasn’t been updated in years. I would not book again.

The staff for the most part was friendly with the exception of one person who acted like she didnt want to be there. The rooms are clean but getting run down. One room had no phone and another room had a sink that wouldnt drain and mold in shower.

I’ve reserved a king size bed (which I’ve paid extra for) and I’ve fat a double bed instead. Silvia, front desk, didn’t even apologize. This is the 2nd time I had a similar situation with front desk. Bellman were great and so was the restaurant waiter in both occasions.
