Watch out for smoking rooms!
I was a bit annoyed with them (and myself) as I'd accidentally booked a smoking room. I hadn't done this intentionally and hadn't spotted it on my booking. Seriously, who offers smoking rooms in this day and age? Time warp to the 1960s??! Anyway,. the hotel said they'd sold out of smoking rooms and I had to pay extra to upgrade. The hotel was a bit soulless and I wouldn't choose to stay again.

Great location, walkable to Nagoya Train Station. They let us leave our bags at the front desk before checkin so that we could explore the city. Room was small, but was acceptable for our needs.
