Convenient Stay in Santiago
Service was excellent in all aspects, from arranging transport from airport to rooftop bar/restaurant. Room was comfortable, shower good and provided a breakfast box as we were leaving early to airport. They are minding our bags until we return from Easter Island in 4 days time. Without question one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I have had in quite some time. Every associate was either great or exceptional. When you travel often, nearly every hotel looks the same... and this was very unique. Without question my go-to property in Santiago.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Magnolia. The staff were excellent, well-trained and probably the highlight of the hotel - Ariel at the reception, Diego at breakfast, Gabriel who very kindly helped us catch our airport transport when parking for them was tricky...and all the others as well. Unlike almost all other hotels we stayed at in Chile, here it felt that they understood what hospitality really is and that small gestures matter a lot. The hotel's building is really nice and we enjoyed having breakfast in the atrium and even just spending time in the lobby. The only "negative" - but not the hotel's fault in any way - were the surroundings at night, which did not feel inviting for a walk after sunset (but felt completely safe during the day).
