I had problems from the start of my stay to the end.
- First room had inoperative window shades, I was moved to another room
- Second room had a light bulb out. Called the front desk, no answer. Took the bulb down myself to swap out
- there was a weird smell on the couch, and brief stains on the yellow office chair.
-got stuck in the elevator twice
- Had to have my room key reprogrammed 3 times (only stayed 2 nights)
- Door lock battery died, was locked out of my room for a half an hour until maintenance showed up
- Because of the door issue, My room was not cleaned by housekeeping. I had to change my linens myself.
Although the front desk folks were nice, it's clear that the venue is not well kept. I didn't expect much....but damn. I've never had an experience like that at any hotel. I'd really love you be able to share my experience with management, but I'm sure they know the issues.
