I made an honest mistake with the check in date for this property. I was unable to get a credit nor a refund within 5 mins of the discovering the error of the check in date. I tired to update the reservation in real time to stay at this property and they had no occupancy. So I asked for a credit because I often stay here. No resolution, no credit, no refund. No more Hotel Santiago da Arma and no more Orbitz.

Beware, there is no AC or fans in this hotel, also water pressure is really low and there are aome bugs inside the room. It is just convenient since it's near the airport but the facility is not great for the price it is listed. Breakfast is ok.

This is a great quick hotel very close to the airport. The employees are incredibly polite and welcoming. Hats off to the shuttle driver. The breakfast was unexpectedly good. I highly recommend staying here. I will, but will try to get a room with air conditioning.
