Great for a 1 night stay before our cruise. Was disappointed to learn they didn’t offer shuttle service to the port as I thought this was previously offered hence why I booked. The 2 bedroom suite was great for the 7 of us total.

It was a real nice stay. Comfortable and clean. Very close to the airport. The only thing is that the hotel seems to be used by charities or programs to house individuals. Not discriminating but it brings a feeling of less than a quality star rated hotel.

Our family was very impressed when we opened the door to our room . There were 6 of us traveling and we try to find places where we dont need 2 rooms . Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect !!! Each room had a bathroom! One had a king bed the other had 2 queens and living room had pullout sofa, plus a kitchenette ! Highly recommend!! Close to airport and staff was very kind .

Everything was great except the smell in the hallway. I just thought that maybe it was time for the carpet to be cleaned. On the last day of my stay, around 9:30am, there was a loud hammering noice. I didn’t complain because I was checking out but nonetheless everything was very good! I would stay there again.

Our stay was just overnight as we need to go on a cruise the following day. The service was good. The shuttle from the airport was prompt and check in was a breeze. The staff was very helpful. No complaints on this hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we go to Miami in the future.
