This was the first hotel I ever stayed In Thailand back in 2012 when it was the President Palce.
Still a fantastic hotel (maybe not just as nice)
Great location don’t really have any complaints apart from the price (£115 per night) which is just way over the top which means i wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

It’s a great hotel right in the thick of it in Sukhumvit. My only annoyance was having paid for an upgrade to a Privilege Room, I assumed that would get access to the Privilege Club, but I had to pay extra again for that.

I think the staff at the hotel are exceptional. They make me feel like it’s my home. Snd they are the main reason I like to stay at this hotel besides the convinisnces of thevproerty for me as a disabled wheelchair user that this hotel offers. The room location and snd accessbility is great for me. But the hotel staff is my favorite feature of this hotel I love that home svay from home feeling that they provide..it makes my stay in Bangkok extra special every time I visit it.

Is located on a bar street so if anyone doesn’t like a bustling street in front of the hotel might not like it. However the family rooms located on the other side of the hotel so it’s not affected by the bar (music till late) at all. There are many dining options and near BTS

My hotel since ages, even before covid. It starts to show somw signs of wearing. The room was too humid something ot right with the dryimg system, my clothes were soaked in the closet. Other than that, loved it as usual

Very loud at night until 4am even on 1st and 2nd of January. Not very clean in the room. Also I forgot my sunglasses at the pool close to when they were closing and and the help was very little and not found?
super cold in breakfast room and people were sitting with thick jumpers.

My room at first arrival was not up to standards. Because I arrived very late I did not mention it but stayed in the room for the night. However the staff was very cooperative and did provide me with a much nicer room the following day. The pool was very nice and convenient by having a bar on the pool level Breakfast was very nice and I would recommend that you choose this breakfast as part of your reservation. I would use this hotel again.
