It was nice that the hotel had a patio that guests could sit at and enjoy the weather. We found that the patio was extremely dirty and appeared it had not been cleaned recently. Especially with it being summer and the weather good, guests liked to sit outside. Also, the flower beds were overgrown with weeds and were neglected. The sconces on the lights around the patio were askew and not properly seated on the lights.

The hot tub was broken, and they knew that it had been broken since Nov. 2024. The rooms were dirty and we didn’t get the 2 breakfast coupons we paid for, so we are still owed money. The evening bartender on the weekend was VERY kind and helpful. He was the only positive experience we had.

The hot tub was cold and no towels in the pool area,front desk said they would bring some down ,but didn't after a half hour went back to the room wet and cold !

The breakfast worker didn't show up, so our team and any other guests were not able to have the free hotel breakfast which was included in our room rate. The Starbucks on premises was also not staffed in the morning.

The room was small. After opening the sofa-bed there was hardly any room to move. Sofa-bed was not comfortable to sleep on. Room had nice modern design but with some wear and tear. Shower was awesome (best water pressure we ever had in a hotel). Staff was nice and helpful.

Upon checking found out the hot tub was broke down. The towel rack in our room fell right off the wall. The dresser drawer had a hole right through it. Found a dirty sock under our mattress. Dirty floor in area behind chair with candy. Appears nice in pictures but definitely needs a lot of improvements, cleaning and maintenance. Staff were nice & Mike the bartender was great and accommodating when our group brought food in.

The stay was average. A very incessant clicking/cracking sound in our room from about 12:00 AM until we checked out around 10:00 AM. A staff member also entered our room after pausing for less than 5 seconds after knocking on the door. Granted, we didn’t have the do not disturb sign on the door but still. Not the best stay, but the hotel itself was clean and comfortable.
