Couldn't fault it
Excellent bed and breakfast with fantastic hosts and a perfect location for the Blackpool pride festival, stumbling distance from all of the action but far enough away for a restful nights sleep. Will definitely stay again.

Well placed hotel for nightlife, very much a bare necessities sort of stay.
Room felt quite worn out, but was suitable to sleep in.

Cramped and cold.
Radiator didn't work so in the cold of winter the room was freezing. Shower didn't flow properly. The room just generally small for two people.

Attention to cleanliness needed
Room 9 was a little modernised with good tv and tea / coffee facilities
Carpet wasn’t clean, wall next to the bed on window side has some pink liquid on it.
Window was huge with nothing but the main curtain to stop you being in a goldfish bowl.
Toilet valve was not working so it was filling all of the time.
Bed cover had a couple of questionable marks on it.

Look, Malibu hotel is what it is. No reception, you call a number and someone comes out for you to let you in.
The rooms are clean - that’s important. The entire place is very clean.
It’s basic. Simple, clean beds and that’s all you need. This isn’t about sitting drinking coffee of a morning looking out over a sea view.
So for what it is, it’s fine.

good location.. room was good size
couple of wee minor issues... the 2 mugs were dirty and had not been cleaned from previous guests.. the radiator in the room did not work as the knob was broken so couldn't turn it up or down .. the bathroom one was working... the bathroom needs hooks/rail for you to hang your wet towel...

Small single ensuite (no.3) room is small but clean with tv , kettle,ensuite bathroom with good hot shower over bath. Powerpoints to plug in phone charger .bargain for an overnight stay

Just do not stay there. Period!
first of all, checking in was so informal, you might think it was just a style; then, soon, I realized there was no service;
The heat was not on; no heat for two nights, even though they said they would turn it on;
Then, no real hot water for shower; it was only warm, so, I did not even try to shower on my last night;
Then, for some reason, one "new" towerl felt wet...
Oh, and, they claimed on the booking that there was shower gel and shampoo but ONLY had handwash soup.

Very handy location for the gay scene. Bed was comfy and it wasn't that noisy at night. The only thing I didn't like was the basic shower facilities. Found it very confusing trying to use the shower.
