The apartment was nice. Nice quiet place near to town. Although, there was no Dryer to dry my clothes. I also found strands of hair inside my bed.

Really comfortable apartment with lovely bedrooms, pristine linen, warm bedding, plenty of fluffy towels, excellent bathroom and kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Really close to the town centre, not far from the big supermarket, convenient for the thermal spas and other activities. A great place to stay for a week. The only negatives were the kitchen exhaust fan that needs attention and slightly temperamental washing machine. But Grant the owner is very amenable and contactable for problems.

It was cold and noisy. The windows and walls are not well insulated. We could not get warm despite turning up the heat over several hours. We could hear the neighbors easily through the walls or windows. For the amount of money we paid, it was not a good experience.

This apartment is amazing. It is in a perfect location, nice and newly decorated, quite, spacious and has everything you need. The communication from the managers was also excellent. We loved our stay and definitely recommend staying here.

I really loved this property, great location, right in the city and next to one of the main parks in Rotorua, very clean, had everything you need in it, comfy beds, and the easiest self check in, no problems at all. Oh also a great spa pool, which was a huge bonus, I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Rotorua. I would highly recommend this property.
