Almost perfect
The stay was excellent and we were very impressed with the hotel. Very modern and clean at a good price. Only minor complaint was that the shower leaked at the bottom of the glass door because the plastic insert along the glass was partially broken which formed a gap and the water then could escape onto the floor. I strongly recommend the hotel management fix this in Room 333.

Fine for the money, but disappointing
I booked adjoining rooms through hotels.com, for my husband and I and our three children, but when we arrived the front desk said it was just two separate rooms. They “accommodated” us by giving us two rooms next to each other. The front desk gave us the hours to the pool but when we went upstairs to go to the pool it had caution tape and a sign saying it was closed on a date from the week before. A question to the hotel text message went unanswered.

Adequate
PROS: comfy beds, friendly staff, convenient location, ability to text the main desk, microwaves and fridges CONS: second floor room was incredibly loud until past midnight, there was a hair on the toilet and a fruit sticker on the bathroom wall, a couple other cleanliness issues. Bathroom doors are pocket doors and not the best at blocking sounds, slightly wobbly toilet, feather pillows only which were not comfortable The staff was very responsive to my issues and moved us to a 4th floor room. It was quieter but not quiet. That bathroom had no cold water in the sink and the bathtub/shower floor was flexible and moved when you moved around - no big deal but squeaky and a little unsettling. All in all it was adequate, but not great.

Overall the experience was great! Check-in person, cleaning crew, and lady at the breakfast were all very polite and helpful. The place looks clean, recently remodeled, but there are some signs of wear already. We stayed in a Deluxe King room with a Sofa and Balcony — the mattress looked and felt old (both side sink in while the middle is a bit more firm), there were no ceilings lights but 5 lamps in the room and a couple of the lamps we’re already wobbly. The overall look of the room was cute, neat and tidy but on a closer look those flaws were easy to spot. The room was pretty dim as a result. We couldn’t even read. Our experience is relatively good cuz the price of the room this size and complimentary hot breakfast came out to be $157+ $15parking, better value than another hotel we stayed at the night before in Santa Barbara.
