Outside and common areas are very nice. Once you get into the room it's okay. Does the job for a night but we were told it was a non smoking hotel and the previous tenants to our room at some point definitely smoked in the room because you can smell it. Other than that, check in was easy and good hotel for the price.

It was a nice property. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue that I spotted is that it seemed like there might have been some exterior damage but I'm sure they'll take the time to fix that soon.

Wouldn’t Clean the room
I checked Out 4 days early. I was in room over 8 days. They would change sheets or bedding. Wouldn’t mop or clean. I took garbage out twice. The room had airborne worms in there. I went to doctor and got medication. I went to a different hotel. I need credit for days I left early.

Young female traveling alone. The room had to be switched due to a dirty bathroom and hairs in the bed. When asked for new bedding, was told there wasn't any clean. New room was also dirty. Unsafe environment in the parking lot and elevators. Roach found in new room. Left without staying.

We didn’t check in until the next day, but our room was already paid for & they canceled it on us. That part sucked and what’s worse, they haven’t refunded the second nights stay. My observation on the place, it was dirty.

Overall it was a nice room for the money honestly. I would highly recommend it and would have given 5 stars all the way around had there been a total of 4 pillows on the bed rather than just 2.

The room was ok and smelled clean. The hallway and elevator smelled horrible! Need to make it a pet free hotel. Definitely need to improve the mattress's.

it would’ve been OK if I hadn’t of been kept awake all night by the people upstairs I called the desk twice and it seemed that they didn’t care because it sound like it is tearing the room apart upstairs and I’m very disappointed

I was lost for words when I walked into this place. For lack of better words, what the f**k?! The person checking me in couldn’t give me the correct room number to go to. We check like 3 different rooms she wrote down before she finally go us into one. I booked a queen bed but got charged for double full size that I didn’t ask for and was not asked if it was ok before being charged for it. THEN, no more than two minutes walking into the room, I killed two roaches…f**k this. We were on the first floor and the blinds were messed up to where someone could see in the room.

Customer service was not up to par...the property manager was very rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional.... i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The roooms, hallways, and elevator smell like smoke. The washer and dryers will take your money and dont dry your clothes. Unpleasant experience

That the first room I went into the TV what didn't work the second room TV remote wouldn't work the TV but TV work and then the alarm fire alarm goes off at 6:00 in the morning
