Lack of Housekeeping Services
The hotel is a resort in the center of an upscale community. Beautiful views and staff. Quiet and laid back. Unfortunately, the lack of proper housekeeping services put a dent in our satisfaction. I made complaints about the lack of towels, lotion, coffee, emptying of waste baskets, no rugs and slippery floors for 3 consecutive days. I asked for lotion and they brought me mouthwash and shampoo. I asked them to empty the 2 waste cans and they emptied one. Asked for hand towels and they brought bath towels. They took the 2 bathroom rugs and did not replace. Then they brought a damp floor towel, which I had them take back. I kept getting "sorries" every time I complained, but, in the 5 days I was there, they never completely corrected anything. When I asked for a form to file a formal complaint, they said they didn't have one; that I should go online to locate one. I will not recommend this hotel.

The attitude of the staff made all the difference
Very friendly staff. Everyone was very accommodating. I was annoyed that on two occasions our room had not been cleaned by 5:00 pm despite us being out of the room. Once brought to management's attention, the room was cleaned but I don't think I should have had to ask. In general, however, people were so pleasant and the accommodations were pleasant so I give it a high rating.

Terrible property, terrible stay
Property was dated and run down. No hot water for the entirety of our two night stay, and only compensation was a refund of resort fee. No loungers on beach. Rust on fixtures in room. Doors to bathroom were slatted (and covered in dust) so there was no privacy when using. Socks got dirty from floor, which clearly wasn’t properly cleaned. Hot tub and fire pit also not working. This property was a huge disappointment.

Good stay
Our stay was pretty good. I wish the resort had some kind of sport activities (ex: ping pong table, water/beach volleyball, etc). Having several swimming pools made our stay enjoyable for adults and children. Beach at the resort wasn't so great but they are many beautiful beached in P.R. so each day we went to a different one.

Wonderful experience.
Our (myself & my wife, and a friend in a separate room) whole stay experience was really good - thank you. The check-in staff were really helpful, and the parking shuttle driver was very kind. After checking in, we found a water leak in front of the room entrance door, and the front desk staff immediately assigned us new rooms and helped us relocate. The service provided for the welcome drinks, dinner and breakfast was very good.

The staff was very friendly. Every hostess, member of the wait staff and bartender were very attentive and courteous. The Costa pool was the highlight of the property . Costa pizza was good and the breakfast at Trova was great . What would have made it better would of been if the reception when we first arrived would of informed us that breakfast was included we didn’t know til our final day there which was unfortunate. The Boho Sunday party was interesting but a bit unorganized, but me and my wife enjoyed the people watching anyway . Room was ok , sounded like construction going on with the sounds of drills and hammering above us . Unfortunately the bathroom shower had hair on the walls but everywhere else was clean . We would definitely return for another trip .
