Rabot Restaurant by Hotel Chocolat
Make your own chocolate for gifts or dessert
- Food
Rabot Restaurant by Hotel Chocolat sits in a lush, sustainable cacao farm in St Lucia. While cacao is incorporated into every dish, that doesn’t mean everything is sweet – in fact, this Caribbean ingredient often adds a rich flavour to savoury dishes.
Steaks are marinated in freshly roasted cacao, salads are garnished in nibs, and tangy cacao pulp enhances the cocktails. You have to try the desserts, especially Rabot Restaurant’s chocolate lava. Ask about the “Tree to Bar” experience to enjoy a tour of the cacao groves, pick cacao and make your own chocolate bars.
