Lovely, calm place to stop off for an overnight trip to Leeds. We've stayed here three times now while visiting family in Leeds and are always greeted by a warm welcome. The rooms are simple but comfortable and very clean, offering a good night's rest. Breakfast is very tasty and the buffet works well with plenty to choose from. Overall, represents great value for bed and breakfast within a brisk walk of the city centre.

Building is lovely with plenty of parking. Obviously a listed building once used as a nun training complex. Our room was small but clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was really good and filling. Uber to the first direct arena was only a fiver each way which made it ideal for people going to see an event.
