I would like to begin with a huge thanks to Fabio, who kindly helped the check-in (even let us know that early check in is available before we reached out to him) and also gave us a thorough guide of the good restaurants and sightseeing around the city. His hospitality was key of our stay. Clean property, really spacious rooms and convenient location from du Nord station. Recommend!

Spacious, Affordable Apartment, Needs a Lil Work!
Based on the hosts and staff- Be You is 5 stars. Fabio was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. His English is pretty darn good too! Location and room conditions bring my review down to 4 stars. This is a perfectly central Paris location, you can hop on the Metro across the street and be ANYWHERE in 15 mins. That said, this is a slightly seedy area with adult shops and theaters all over the place. Folks on the street are super friendly and these businesses don’t affect the safety or people of the neighborhood, but it’s kind of a funny vibe when you’re walking around with your kids… The apartments are super spacious and well-appointed. If you like to cook, you could live here without ever going out to eat! Full kitchen and pots/pans, etc. That said, the pics look a little fancier than the rooms actually are. Pics are accurate, but some furniture is worn, some faucet and bathroom fixtures were loose or worn, etc. Any traveler would be happy here, especially for the value price, but you need to decide if you want an apartment or a polished hotel room before selecting Be You. Bon Voyage!!
