Great property in a great location, room really clean and nicely decorated. Very good breakfast service.
Excellent amenities a short walk from Downtown, great hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyable bar area with good food, which is well priced. Rooms were very comfortable. Altogether a very pleasant stay.
Lovely hotel and nice staff
Great stay at the hotel. We were in Texas for the F1 and the hotel was close to the areas for transport and fun in the evening. 6th Street in walking distance. Friendly staff and guests and the Concierge team are really helpful.
A 5-star hotel in every way with excellent views of the river and the city.
Had a very comfortable 3-night stay in this hotel, it made a great central base for exploring Austin. We had a breakfast-included rate, on the first morning the server didn’t explain to us that this meant buffet only so there was some confusion over the check when it came; we were told it would be sorted but we had to go through it again at check-out to get it removed from the bill. This was the only hiccup during our stay and all the staff were extremely friendly throughout. We opted for self parking which still isn’t cheap but is better than the valet rate and the garage is connected internally to the hotel so it’s convenient enough. Overall I would definitely recommend this property but feel it’s a bit overpriced.
In a great location for all the sights you might want to see. Staff could not have been more helpful and the breakfast (included) was very extensive.
Unfortunately, due to severe weather conditions, we were not able to enjoy exploring Austin from the Hotel's great locale.
Charging $35 for the on-site parking was too much.
