The reception upon arrival cannot be praised. There were 3 employees, one of whom had customers and the others were staring at their computers. None of them even said hello. So I stood there waiting until a man nodded just enough for me to dare approach. Nothing was said, and after a while, he transferred my passport to the woman next to him. That also puzzled me, whether the transfer was temporary or not. It turned out that she finally took care of my matter. Breakfast was still excellent, and the cleaning staff took care of their duties well.
