The rooms were nice and for the most part the staff was friendly. The food was just so/so, not anywhere close to being 5 star.like I read in some of the other reviews. The staff was always trying to upsell you on something. There wasn't a lot of beach to walk as they have it segregated off by some of the close by resorts. Also, there is a private beach club property right next door that does events. It was so loud one evening until about 2 AM, the vibrations came right into the room. Finally, the water park was closed all but one day we were there and could not get straight answers from the staff. I just felt like they would tell you what you wanted to hear. I enjoyed my vacation but would definitely not go back at these prices.

Beautiful resort, very friendly & accommodating staff. Great for couples looking to relax & have great food. 10/10 stay. The only constructive feedback I have is that it is NOT "ALL INCLUSIVE". Transportation to & from the airport is NOT included, dinner at the "Blind Butcher" is not included & very overrated (food is 6/10), and the staff does a lot of upselling. Aside from this, the resort is beautiful, the service is phenomenal & I do recommend staying here.

El servicio pésimo en el bufet,las áreas comunes sucias,encontré una cucachara al lado del elevador estuvo ahí por 3 días.Las personas del front desk nada amables.Es un lugar muy costoso para un servicio tan malo y las personas no son para nada amables.Las piscinas sucias y los trajos pésimos.Lo único bueno por decir el restaurante the blind butcher Excelente claro q tiene un costo de $150 Por persona.El spa excelente también.

The tranquility, the good service, the regular cleaning in the room and in all areas of the hotel, the exquisite food in each restaurant, good drinks and the attention made my stay one of the best experiences I have had in hotels. The visit to the Spa is a must and if you can become a member of the concierge club, even better. For me this was an important part since I had access to all areas of the hotel without time restrictions. (Exclusive bars, restaurants and pools) Definitely another level of vacationing!
