Great location, but the self check in wasn’t successful and the number to call didn’t stay on the screen long enough. Concerning when it’s just taken your money. Staff I spoke to were friendly. However a lack of in-house staff became an issue when the fire alarm went off and communication was minimal to none in the first 30mins. Other than that the room was decent but needs a little modernising, especially the quality of the beds. Not 100% sold in the reception area being a coffee shop however the staff there were great. Just a bit of a mixed experience overall

Lovely property right in the centre of Leeds close to everything. The department of the role was really lovely with plenty of space. The bathroom had a few cracked tiles and probably needed a little bit of TLC but overall a really good two bad apartment. The staff were brilliant and really helpful.

A total Leeds gem. It’s so close to the city centre shops that my bank account and step count were in a constant battle. The room design/furniture layout is great, as having a distinct lounge area made it much easier to relax, as I didn't feel like I was living on a bed all stay. Having a kitchen was a game-changer for avoiding takeaway/eating out fatigue and meant I could have a relaxed night in instead. I also really appreciated the latte machine and free croissants available at reception in the mornings. 10/10. I will definitely stay here again on future visits to Leeds.
