Kimpton Theta was a great stay! The rooms were clean, the property was clean. We were 2nd floor and expecting to have heard street noise, but I was very quiet! The location was literally around the corner from our show, but overall a super great location. The only negative is that the e AC did not get to the 65 we had it set for, as it felt like 77 degrees.

A great location, especially if you want to be near Times Square. Good size, comfortable room, with everything you might need for a few days. Friendly staff. Lights in the room and corridors a little dim, but the light in the bathroom is perfect - although we couldn't turn it off, so just closed the door to sleep. Opening windows in the room was a bonus.

I recommend getting the breakfast package with the reservation. It was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. They themselves helped with microwave and supplies as we were running short. Room was cleaned everyday. Also very convenient to all tourist attractions. Definitely recommend.
