I arrived on a Sunday and it said on Expedia that the reception would be manned until 18, but when I arrived there was a sign on the door that said that the reception was not manned on Sundays. I called the number on the sign and a very nice lady gave me information about how to get to my room. Expedia should update the information on their website, otherwise it was a nice stay.

Propreté douteuse, literie inconfortable, tout grince et insonorisation catastrophique : on a littéralement l’impression de vivre avec les voisins. Cafetière dans la chambre, mais ni tasse ni capsule. Le code du wi-fi ne fonctionne pas. Petit-déjeuner seulement à partir de 8h et qualité correcte sans plus. Ett äldre hotell, vid stranden utanför Flensburg, tror alla rum har havsutsikt, några har balkong och några fransk balkong, rent och städat, sköna sängar, lite för varmt på rummet när vi var där, dock många trappor att gå i, inget för dom som har svårt att gå. Parkering vid hotellet på 2 platser, kunde ibland vara svårt med plats, pga. att det stod några mindre lastbilar där. Bra frukost. Nära med bil in till Flensburg.

Har lige været på weekendophold.værelserne var ok men badeværelserne var meget små. Ingen aktiviteter på hotellet som der er beskrevet. Maden var virkelig ikke noget at råbe hurra for og heller ikke morgenmaden,så vi tjekkede ud inden morgenmad i søndags. Kan ikke anbefales.

Der er ikke nogen restaurant eller åben reception. Det er blevet til et af de personale forladte hoteller, hvor du må tjekke ind med koder der ikke kommer. Derfor må du ringe for at få hjælp fra en central. Jeg kommer ikke igen. Alt for dyrt til så lidt service.

Die Lage war sehr gut mit Blick auf s Wasser und dem Strand. Auch der nutzbare Gartenbereich war sehr schön. Aber als 4 Sterne Hotel war es insgesamt enttäuschend. In unserem "frisch renovierten" Zimmer gab es keine Haken für die Handtücher im Bad, einen dickes Holzbrett als Tisch ( Schreibtisch ) einen Sessel mit einem Hocker als Fussablage für ein Doppelzimmer. Neben dem Bett gab es einen kleinen Hocker mit drei Beinen als Nachttisch. An Teilen der Einrichtung mit Furnierholz waren Abbrüche. Die Reinigung der Zimmer wird auf Wunsch auch früher als am dritten Tag vorgenommen. Nichts desto trotz, war das Personal stets zuvorkommend und das Frühstück stets ausreichend.
