Room and furnishings need a total update,
So disappointed in the rooms. They seemed clean enough but the furnishings show a lot of wear and tear. Especially the desk chairs and very small ottoman where the vinyl was torn and completely worn away in places. The small chair's upholstery was old, dingy and stained. The plastic shower head was just weird and looked like it had been there since the 50's. I asked for a better room and the one they showed me had exactly the same tattered furnishings. The rest of the property seemed ok but the individual rooms were substandard at best. I was mistaken to rely on the reputation of a Baymont by Wyndham property. Won't make that mistake again.

I had paid for a room with a hottub in the room and a king size bed they gave me a double queen size bed and nothing else . I ask what happened to what I paid for . They said nothing they just said take it . Very rude workers.

Needs a deep clean
Our room was comfortable but quite dirty. Floor was sticky. Corners of all rooms had loads of dirt and possibly big excrement. My parents had roaches in their room. The only way I would stay here again is if they amped up their cleaning process.

Decent hotel if you don’t plan to shower
To be honest, the hotel was pretty decent and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was what you would expect for $100. That was until I went into the bathroom. The bathroom condition was completely unacceptable. I’m fairly confident it was just hard water stains, but it ruined the overall impression of my stay.
