Poor customer service.
Overall it was nice. Terrible service though. I had 2 rooms for 2 nights with no problems until checkout. My room only had 7 pillows, not 8 and the desk clerk checked our rooms before giving our deposit. Room was clean, trash all bagged, everything ready for them. And he said he refused to give the $100 deposit back without finding the missing pillow. I told him several times my room was short that pillow to begin with and he was welcome to check any of my property and he continued to be rude. Finally he settled and charged me $10 for missing pillow which was still uncalled for. Our 2nd day there we went to the pool and they have notes in the rooms that say to not use room towels for the pool, towels are provided so we get there and there wasn’t any which is okay, things happen. My mom runs to the front desk to tell them where they rudely say “here” and handed her 4 hand towels for 4 kids and 2 adults… had it not been for the service and attitude we received it would have been a great review. Room was clean, pool was nice, breakfast was great. Everything else was nice.
