The room was clean and everything worked well. The toilet is very loud when flushed. The staff was great except for 1 encounter that my husband had. He went down to the lobby for morning coffee, which is supposed to be available at 7am. he waited until 7:20am and no coffee, so he asked someone about it and they told him to go to the kitchen and they'll give you some! Ridiculous!
