The Revere staff were very good. From the bellmen to the front desk and the restaurant to housekeeping, the staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The location was excellent for exploring Boston. The beds were comfortable which always makes or breaks a hotel. However, I could not give the Revere 5 stars due to the property conditions. It is in need of a big refresh.
