Host was communicative and gracious, but the unit was on the 4th floor accessible only by stairs, with one a/c split unit in one room only. It was HOT in that place the whole time. People were partying outside until 2:00 am and then a rooster started up loudly at 3:30.

Great place!
We loved this place! Owner gave us directions how to arrive and provided us with useful info. He gave us the option to pay in cash or card. However, the wear and tear is starting to show up in a couple of places--- the toilet paper holder, the black round floor fan and the cubbie door to board games. It is hot, being in the 4th floor, please consider adding an AC to the other bedroom. Not a place for wheelchair people! Its not accessible.

Stay was really good but too short. We loved the contact before our stay. The location was perfect for us, short walk to restaurants. The security staff was great and very helpful. When we are in Guadalajara we will be staying here.
