25 May 2026The property was clean and simple. Blackout curtains a definite help. The staff was extraordinary! I got to the hotel much later than I planned -to the degree that I would miss the event I was there for. The team there (desk clerk Rashid and the day manager - I forgot her name!) looked up transportation options and commuter rail times to make sure I would be there for at least part of the event. Truly went above and beyond to be sure I got to the train, etc. When I returned, Rashid asked if I got there for the dinner - I hadn’t- and he suggested a couple of places that Ubereats could deliver from at 10 pm (I missed dinner). Another guest’s coffee maker wasn’t working so he brewed them some from the kitchen. When I left the next day, that team was especially friendly and helpful as well. In a nutshell, it is not fancy but it is priced right especially with free parking and breakfast, and the service is commendable and seems to be part of the culture. Thank you to the staff!!

22 Jul 2026My wife and I had our flight completely cancelled at 7:30 at night in Boston and everywhere was sold out and we found this comfort inn. We were able to book online and reserve a room, upon arriving we were met with a line 30 minute long line just to check in. The front desk employees helped everyone with care and patience through the difficult time and I applaud them for being so. Room was clean, comfortable, and had us happy we booked with them. The breakfast was really good as well and was easy to check out. Comfort inn in Dedham was 5 stars in my book.

We were the first guests in a newly renovated room. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. The bed and the linens were lovely snd very comfortable. However, there were a few things that need tending to: a towel bar near the sink; a soap dispenser (there was only hand lotion); body gel/soap in the shower(there was only shampoo and conditioner). A trash can in the room (not just the bathroom).
Staff was quick to respond when we discovered there were no light bulbs in the 3 lamps. Overall a clean, quiet place to stay!
