It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone.

It was totally bad and the owner is really rude . He insulte us and treat us really bad . The room is exetremlly dirty and people smoke weed all the night .I could not sleep and hardly breath there and I had really bad allergy because the cover sheet is dirty and infected .I do not recommend that at all .

Compliqué à accéder au logement d'ailleurs je n' ai pas pu y aller et quand j'ai demandé de l'aide au propriétaire pour accéder au logement que j'avais déjà payé il m'a crié dessus alors que je lui demandais juste comment accéder au logement et ce très poliment bien-sûr ,j'ai du prendre un hôtel et le comble je n'ai même pas pu me faire rembourser

Je pense qu’il faut non seulement interdire ce genre « d’escroquerie » et faut les poursuivre en justice. Mais quoi encore !!!!! Du foutage de geule. Dans un HLM des lit superposé tenu par des homme de couleur (black-out) ça sent le rat mort. Non mais quoi encore. J’avais pris ça pour un ami, je peux vous dire on est partie en courant. Bande de …… je vais rester poli mais je me retien. Comment on peut autoriser ce genre de lieu !!!!!!’

Plusieures choses restent à éclaircir ds la description, le dialogue avec la personne accueillante n'est pas vraiment nouri, une caution de 100 euro cash est réclamée à l'entrée, l'état du quartier m'a obligé d'aller réserver ailleurs en.passant une seule nuit au lieu de deux, en plus si je suis arrivé a Paris plus tôt, j'abondonnais l'intégralité du séjour, dommage que je suis arrivé a 2h du mat gros problème de stationnement...

L' hôte Luc est un jeune homme très accueillant, agréable et serviable et souriant. Ses petites vidéos explicatives pour accéder à l'appartement son bien faites et très utiles.et la vue panoramique sur la ville est magnifique. La résidence " belle vue" porte bien son nom. Pour finir le séjour de 4 nuits s'est très bien passé l'appartement est très calme. Pour un prochain séjour je n'hésiterais par faire appel à Luc.
