Joy and Shoba were amazing! At the reception Joy was very welcoming and made sure we were well looked after. The rooms were clean and all the towels were clean. The location is great and perfect because it is right in the city centre! Great if you are taking the train in.

The room was nice and clean, but the robes and slippers supplied were very rough on the skin. There was no iron/ironing board. The water was switched off in the afternoon and was still off the next day, so you could not shower or bathe, fill the kettle, or use the sink. We had to pay for bottles of water. The staff were apologetic and friendly enough.

Recieved a free drink when checked in. Not a lot of choice. Did not have breakfast. The room was like a box, no air con, it was so hot and the window only opened a little bit,but it was too noisey when opened. Our view was a brick wall. Shower was over the bath which could be updated. Staff were very approachable and welcoming. The hotel was very central to all amenities, just a short walk from the train station. Not worth the money we paid.
