We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The warm pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and made our stay even more relaxing. I stayed here for a girls weekend from AKL. We received a room upgrade (Thank you 🙏) staff at reception were lovely and attentive, room was great good view of lake and Polynesian Spa too (which we also took advantage of). We used the pool facility often which was so handy! Room service was good too, to have this option and the Pinacolada at the Bar was delish! Renovated rooms are fab!
