A Great Choice in Paris!
We were so happy with Hotel Augustin-Astotel! The service was amazing - especially Zinedine at the front desk and Ariel in the breakfast area. Both went above and beyond, recognizing us by name and always greeting us, making us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. The location is fantastic - very centrally located. The rooms are quiet - so hard to find in a big city. Something we loved: The small fridge in the room which was stocked and restocked daily with waters, juices and sodas. Housekeeping was fantastic. We also loved the 24/7 snacks and espresso machine in the breakfast room. I would 100% stay here again!

Outstanding service from all the staff especially Yennis at the front desk who goes above and beyond. Robert provides great breakfast service and the food is tasty and good quality and enough variety. All The staff speaks English and is always eager to help. The area is close to any attraction with some walking or via train. Or call uber or taxi if you don't like to walk. I would recommend to anyone. Request a room with balcony... It helps with the small rooms in Paris. There is complimentary snacks and drinks in your room or the kitchen area at all times. Very nice stay overall. Thanks to all.

This hotel is in a great location -quiet but so convenient to many of the Parisian attractions and central for shopping too. Rooms are a good size with effective AC and very clean including an bathroom. Staff were a total delight - helpful, caring and kind. Generous breakfast and snacks throughout the day. I paid a much higher price because of the Olympics (standard practice for most hotels). However the regular rates make this hotel very good value.

I've stayed in this hotel 3 times. It is a cute boutique hotel, located next to nothing (touristy), but close to everything. I like that the area is not too touristy, but I can go everywhere by walking 20 minutes or taking the metro (there is a station 2 min from the hotel and another line about 6 min). The Haussman shopping area is about a 12 min walk. The twin room we stayed in was a bit small like everywhere in Paris, but not claustrophobic. Little storage space but OK for short stays. The hotel is on a small side street, making it very quiet. I like that they provide a free daily mini bar and also some free snacks and coffee/tea in the lobby. I've had the breakfast a few times and sometimes I like it more than others (options change daily). It is reasonably priced at 13 euros and includes a variety of items.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! The free minibar in the room was a huge plus. Room was decent size & elevator spacious. The snacks out during the day was a nice plus. Very walkable to metro and bus & lots of places to eat around the hotel. Only complaint is the “vip bonus” tour was a boat tour that’s basically free anyways & incredibly crowded.
