Our stay was ok. Room seemed a bit tired. Unfortunately when we went for pizza they were no longer serving it but had a few options of other dishes available.

The restaurant was closed, it being a Sunday, which we were not warned about. Power cut on Monday morning, which your chap fixed quickly. Worse thing, there is a concrete bar across the exit, which is too high, and it damaged the underside of my car.

Je plains de tout mon cƓur ces pauvres rĂ©ceptionnistes Par ailleurs, nous avons Ă©tĂ© rĂ©veillĂ©s Ă  3h du matin par notre fils qui arrivait en voiture : impossible de joindre la rĂ©ception par l’interphone ni l’hĂŽtel par tĂ©lĂ©phone. Nous avons dĂ» aller Ă  la rĂ©ception et lĂ  il a eu un code d’urgence pour rentrer ! « Ah oui , il y a dĂ©jĂ  3 voitures qui n’ont pas pu rentrer ! », avons-nous entendu !!!! INADMISSIBLE !!!!!

Nous avons passĂ© une nuit dans un endroit agrĂ©able, spacieux, calme et propre. Avec un beau parc. Le personnel a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able. Juste un petit manque de gĂ©nĂ©rositĂ©: Rien n’est offert Ă  part une petite bouteille de cristalline pour 2. Pas de dĂ©coration donc un peu froid. Cest dommage car pas besoin de mettre beaucoup ni cher pour ajouter le petit plus qui manque vraiment pour se sentir vraiment bien accueilli. Aucun produit de premiĂšre nĂ©cessitĂ© tout est en supplĂ©ment. Et petit dĂ©jeuner non tentĂ© car un peu onĂ©reux. Nous avons mangĂ© une pizza excellente au resto pizzeria associĂ©. Juste un tout petit effort de gĂ©nĂ©rositĂ© de cƓur et ce serait parfait.

Nous n'avions réservé que pour une nuit mais nous avons été trÚs agréablement surpris. Locaux récents en excellent état, au calme. Chambre trÚs confortable pour le prix demandé. Sommes allés au restaurant de l'établissement : parfait avec un personnel efficace et trÚs agréable. Le petit-déjeuner fut aussi abondant et de bonne qualité. Donc excellent choix !

Tout s’est trĂšs bien passĂ©. Personnel Ă  l’écoute des demandes et disponible. Le personnel est aussi trĂšs accueillant avec les clients. L’espace Spa apporte un vrai plus Ă  l’hĂŽtel, permettant de se dĂ©tendre. Aussi, le contexte boisĂ© de l’hĂŽtel est trĂšs agrĂ©able, permettant une dĂ©tente complĂšte lors du sĂ©jour. Enfin, l’insonorisation de l’hĂŽtel est trĂšs bonne, de mĂȘme que la literie.

SĂ©jour agrĂ©able. Accueil sympathique. La chambre est spacieuse, la literie correcte, le parc est joli, il y a des Ă©quipements sportifs et jeux pour enfants, de nombreux bancs. Le restaurant la table du chĂąteau est incroyable ! Je reviendrai rien que pour ça ! Il y a le mĂ©rite d'avoir une piscine et une salle de sport mais : la piscine prĂ©sente des moisissures importantes aux sols et plafonds, et devoir repasser par la rĂ©ception Ă  chaque fois pour la carte est un peu pĂ©nible. La salle de sport est minuscule, tout est l'un sur l'autre, et au sous sol donc sans fenĂȘtre et sans rĂ©seau pour de la musique pendant le sport. Bruit assez agaçant dans la chambre, un "bloup" assez fort et treeeees rĂ©gulier jusqu'en fin de soirĂ©e : problĂšme apparemment connu, de climatisation. A savoir aussi : pas d'ascenseur, il faut porter les valises.
