We had a wonderful stay at Boat Haus! Stayed in the yellow boat house number 3 and beds were ok but quite thin. Roof terrace was best both for breakfast and late night World Cup games! Nice beach 10 min away with clear water, showers and bathroom. Walking from Boat Haus to Gibraltar was 15 min.

Absolutely stunning property. Compact but comfortable, with the 1972 cafe on your doorstep, and the fantastic West Bar barely a minute’s walk. Bathroom is small and WiFi inconsistent but neither of these spoilt the novelty of sitting on that stunning roof terrace, and falling asleep with gentle rocking in the marina. Great communication from the host and easy parking and check in. Thank you!

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Very quick and helpful comms with host, flawless check in, stayed in the modern version which was perfect for us, felt very luxurious. Dining table, sofa area, kitchen, separate shower room and separate bedroom and wardrobe. Roof deck with loungers, chairs and tables perfect for sunset. Breakfast hamper was incredible much better than expected and there is room service and bar doing pizzas etc at the end of the pier on site. Awesome 2 nights and the highlight of our trip and perfect for walking into Gibraltar. Thank you Maria and team you are all fantastic 😁

The location is wonderful. We stayed while visiting Gibraltar (about a 10 min walk to the board). This accommodation was very unique but you don’t get an actual shower (the entire bathroom is a wet room and you use the sink faucet) and there was a small leak from somewhere so the floor was constantly wet - so you had to put your shoes on any time you had to go to the bathroom.

Everything about this concept is perfect!

Everything about this stay was amazing. Parking arrangement perfect, boat with all the equipment you need and perfect central location. You can use the complementary bikes to get around. The tarrace on the roof is such a nice idea, to enjoy breakfast or sit overlooking the harbor all night long.
