The hotel looks quite new and therefore was clean and modern inside. the staff were very friendly and chatty. On arrival, we initially drove past it as it’s on an industrial estate and the lighting in the area is poor. The Best Western sign could be bigger and illuminated to give better visibility at the car park entrance. But other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Well…
Let me say at first that I am a frequent hotel user. We did have some probs unfortunately. We asked for a room with equipments for my paralyzed father. They promised to have a well equipped room, but we didn’t get what we asked for. The breakfast was one big disaster. At 8, it was empty and dirty. Dirty cups everywhere. The room was good, but the cleaning lady forgot my mums room at all! The swimming pool needs to be renewed. And when people take glasses to the pool: clean it up and don’t leave it there over 24 hrs. Fortunately the receptionist gave us free drinks (4) because of the hick-ups
